8 oz cream cheese, softened
1¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar for 1 minute until smooth.

  • Add vanilla and mix until combined.

  • Switch to whisk attachment. Slowly pour in cold heavy cream on low speed.

  • Increase speed to high and whip 30 seconds until stiff peaks form.

 

  • Use immediately for piping or spreading.

Notes

• Keep cream very cold for best whipping.
• Do not overwhip or frosting may curdle.
• Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze 2 months.
