1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
2 cups beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.
2. Brown beef with onion and garlic; drain.
