A creamy, cheesy hamburger rice casserole made with ground beef, tender rice, and melted cheddar for the perfect comfort meal.

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked

2 cups beef broth

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.

2. Brown beef with onion and garlic; drain.

3. Add rice, broth, soup, and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes.

4. Transfer to baking dish, cover, and bake 25 minutes.

5. Uncover, add cheese, bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly.

6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Add peas, carrots, or corn for extra color.

Use sharp cheddar for richer flavor.

Store leftovers up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
